As Freelance Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of an £11m office refurbishment within a live university campus in Manchester. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, maintain programme momentum, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard while liaising closely with the wider project team.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects £5m+
  • Strong commercial / office refurbishment background
  • Experience working in live or occupied environments
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
