Responsibilities
- Project manage the transition to a cloud-based finance system
- Engage with non-finance teams to embed new processes into work streams
- Provide training to staff on new system and processes
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and Management Accountant
- Lead system change initiatives, ensuring integration issues are addressed
- Review and automate key finance processes, driving buy-in from non-finance staff
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA / CIPFA / ACCA) or exceptional QBE with relevant and recent experience
- Broad overview of finance and experience implementing systems or project management within an SME environment
- Proven history of leading system change and strong knowledge of integration issues
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
