As a key member of the commercial finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Provision of regular, insightful analysis to inform decision making, including detailed reporting on project and product performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver financial forecasting, annual budgeting, business cases, and tenders, ensuring the organisation is equipped with accurate and timely financial insights.
- Partner with operational teams to lead the budgeting and forecasting processes that underpin strategic planning.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis that enables data-driven decisions across the business.
- Collaborate with the SLT and wider teams to provide commercial and analytical support, while working with business partners on function specific analysis and strategic initiatives that drive performance and long term value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Commercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations, ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, supported by excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for adding value in a fast-paced environment.
