We are partnering with a growing fashion brand that has built an exceptional reputation for both product quality and brand ethos. Operating across multiple channels, the business is now looking to appoint a commercially focused Merchandiser who can play a key role in driving trading performance while helping to establish and strengthen merchandising best practice across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Building and managing WSSI frameworks to support effective trading and stock control
  • Driving sales, stock and margin performance across key product categories
  • Managing and maintaining the critical path to ensure timely product delivery and launch execution
  • Partnering closely with buying, design and supply chain teams to support commercial decision‑making
  • Providing detailed analysis and actionable insight to support forecasting and trading activity
  • Helping to establish and embed merchandising best practice and planning fundamentals
  • Managing and developing a growing merchandising team
About You
  • You are a commercially minded merchandiser with a strong product focus and the ability to combine hands‑on trading capability with leadership and process improvement.
  • Proven merchandising experience within fashion, apparel or a related product‑led environment
  • Strong understanding of WSSI management, forecasting and stock planning
  • Experience managing the critical path within a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring team members
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for helping shape and improve merchandising processes
