The Role
- Provide assistance across a broad range of duties including:
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Maintaining diaries
- Database management
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with clients and outside agencies
- Support fee earners across a varied workload
- Receive ongoing training, guidance and support
- Have genuine opportunities for progression within the department
The Candidate
- Experienced Paralegal with a background in family law
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing diaries, liaising with clients and external agencies, preparing bundles, and supporting fee earners
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Excellent client-care skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience using CCMS would be advantageous but is not essential
- Access to own vehicle is essential as some travel to courts, meetings and other offices may be required
