Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Officer to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Officer:
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels.
- Produce resident-focused content including newsletters, FAQs, project updates, briefings and web copy, simplifying complex regeneration activity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across websites and digital platforms.
- Plan and deliver community engagement activities including consultations, workshops, drop-ins, surveys and online events.
- Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and community groups, encouraging inclusive participation and feedback.
- Gather and analyse customer insight to support project decision-making, service improvements and resident outcomes.
- Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities, councillors, contractors, media and regeneration partners.
- Monitor communications and engagement activity, ensuring compliance with project deadlines, data protection and EDI requirements.
Essential Requirements of the Customer Engagement Officer:
- Higher education CIPR or CIM certificate and/or marketing or communication related degree.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
