What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client queries quickly and efficiently, always giving excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate client information
  • Engaging with existing clients through regular communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Producing quotes for clients
  • Liaising with the technical team to book in jobs and manage resources
  • Track progress against deadlines and keep all relevant parties up to date
  • Arranging meetings and calls with prospective clients and the commercial team
  • Following up on marketing campaigns to maximise outreach
