What You’ll Do
- Respond to client queries quickly and efficiently, always giving excellent customer service
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate client information
- Engaging with existing clients through regular communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings
- Producing quotes for clients
- Liaising with the technical team to book in jobs and manage resources
- Track progress against deadlines and keep all relevant parties up to date
- Arranging meetings and calls with prospective clients and the commercial team
- Following up on marketing campaigns to maximise outreach

- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously
