What you'll be doing:
- Manage the Management Accounting activities for the site, providing insightful financial analysis and accurate reporting to support decision‑making across operations and commercial teams.
- Build a deep understanding of site cost drivers and maintain accurate costing models.
- Prepare, review and present costings for current and future product ranges, supporting NPD and EPD activity.
- Oversee accurate setup and maintenance of standard costs.
- Monitor, report and present KPIs, providing commentary and highlighting risks or opportunities.
- Support forecasting processes and alignment with key stakeholders and Group requirements.
- Deliver ad hoc modelling and analysis to support operational and commercial decisions.
- Provide financial analysis for Capex proposals, including ROI validation.
- Lead post‑capital reviews to assess project performance.
- Act as site finance lead on minor project implementations.
- Provide clear commentary on P&L movements and variances versus forecast and last year.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar management accounting role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident working with data and producing insightful analysis.
- Able to work at pace and meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently to drive actions.
- Experience with Finance ERP systems (desirable).
- ACCA/CIMA part‑ or fully‑qualified (desirable).
