Location: Kings Lynn

Shifts: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 4pm, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Operative to support the preparation and refurbishment of modular buildings prior to hire. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy practical work and are keen to develop basic maintenance skills within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare modular units internally and externally
  • Carry out basic painting of cabin exteriors using rollers and brushes
  • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Assemble, move, and clean furniture as required
  • Remove internal fittings prior to refurbishment work
  • Work alongside and support skilled tradespeople in various maintenance activities

  • Ability to carry out physical tasks in a safe and efficient manner
