Position: Mail Operative

Location: London

Contract Type: Temp To Perm

Hourly Rate: From £14.80

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday. Hours between 07:00am - 19:00pm

This role is with National Accounts Team.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail with precision and efficiency.
  • Operating mail handling equipment and ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of mail deliveries and collections.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Upholding a clean and organised workspace at all times.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills to assist with record-keeping and tracking.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment is a plus, but not essential.
