NSTR is currently looking for an M&A Associate Director / Director for a unique corporate finance boutique advisory in Leeds. With offices across the Northwest and Yorkshire, they have built a fantastic reputation and are now firmly "Anchored in the North" and are looking to continue their growth and hire a senior-level figure, with a well-established network, in their Leeds office to lead their growth across the Yorkshire region.
Headed up by a very well respected and experienced partner, this team advise on multi-million-pound corporate transactions, including MBOs and MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, debt and working capital fundraising.
Qualifications:
- Need to be Leeds-based, with experience within the Leeds M&A Market
- Minimum 4-6 years post-qualified Corporate Finance experience
- Need to have an established Deal Advisory network within Leeds and the North West
