We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing business in Loughborough LE11. This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing press brake team.

The role:

  • Setting and Operating a Press brake Machine
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings
  • Setting and operating a press brake
  • Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Working in a busy engineering team

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in setting and operating a press brake
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • 3+ years of experience working with mid to heavy gauge mild steel
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
