We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasehold Manager to join our client's team based in Clerkenwell, London. This vital role involves managing leasehold sections within the organisation, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, overseeing leasehold management activities, and liaising effectively with tenants and management teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leasehold sections or management, focusing on leasehold-related governance, and supporting people management functions within the leasehold portfolio. This temporary appointment is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The role offers an hourly rate of £28.66 via umbrella company, inside IR35.

  • Experience in senior leasehold management or leasehold sections within similar industries
  • Proven ability to manage leasehold portfolios, including sections 20 and 24 discussions
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, management procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with tenants, management teams, and external stakeholders
  • People management experience, with the ability to oversee tenant relations and coordinate management activities effectively
