Industry Sector: Interior Surface Solutions, Interiors Surfaces, Laminates, Boards, Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Architects, Retailers, Retail Designers, Specifiers.

Area to be covered: predominately the South East & East Anglia.

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 neg + negotiable bonus. Benefits: £6,000 car allowance & full benefits.

The role of the Specification Business Development Manager - Interior Surface Solutions will involve:

  • Promoting a range of interior surface solutions.
  • Managing a small team of 3 sales professionals.
  • Selling to retailers, retail designers and specifiers such as M&S, Greggs and McDonalds.
  • Selling to shopfitters and furniture manufacturers such as Wren & Howdens.

Turnover target tbc depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Business Development Manager - Interiors Surface Solutions with:

  • Senior field sales experience selling to specifiers, retailers, retail designers, shopfitters and manufacturers.
  • People management experience preferred but regional/senior reps will be considered.
  • No job hoppers.
  • Smart, intelligent and articulate.
