The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

A well-respected construction business with a circa £30 million turnover, who have been part of some of the UK's most iconic projects in the last 25 years. Founded in the 90s, this company is led by an experienced team of developers and has excellent staff retention.

This role is newly created as the Head of Finance begins to focus more on Operational Business Partnering. This position will take responsibility for the monthly reporting and leadership of the transactional team.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Monthly management accounting and presentation of a board pack with analysis
  • Budgets and forecasts
  • Leading transactional team
  • CIS returns
  • Support operational business partnering

You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in a project, construction or engineering type industry, with exposure to working with non-finance. Experience leading a team would be advantageous. They have a family-type culture, so having a long-term mindset and desire to be with a company for 5 years plus would be a good fit.
