A luxury beauty brand manufacturer is looking for a Head of Finance to champion the financial heart of this premium international distribution business. The SME company currently distributes to the largest UK brand retailers and is experiencing a rapid growth trajectory with new partnerships on the horizon.

This role reports directly into a part‑time CFO and will also be responsible for future junior hires within the finance function as the company expands. The role liaises closely with the production and sales teams, while owning controls processes and commercial analysis. It is granted full financial scope in a close relationship with the part‑time CFO who is driving the business to embark on further avenues.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
  • Experience ideally in luxury manufacturing, production, wholesale or retail sectors
  • Strong knowledge of preparing financial reports, forecasting and budgeting
  • ERP system implementation expertise (beneficial)
