Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is maternity cover.
Salary: £237 - £281.93 per hour PAYE or £318.03 to £379.33 per hour via Umbrella.
Customer Account Manager Role:
- Be the custodian of customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
- Drive Customer Digital Adoption.
- Leverage all internal and third-party resources to meet both the customer's and the client's strategic goals.
- Perform contract amendments and change/addition notifications.
- Act on customer feedback through the use of Customer Experience dashboards and other related feedback mechanisms.
- Provide insights into the profitability of assigned accounts.
Your Background:
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
- Successful experience in a business function (sales, business/market development) in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of adopting a customer-centric sales approach.
- Evidence of building productive customer relationships.
- Established in negotiating customer contracts.
- Must have a UK driving licence as this role is field-based.
