The Role
As a Cargo Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of air freight. This is a physically demanding position, suited to individuals who are hands‑on, reliable, and thrive in an active working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Breaking down and rebuilding cargo pallets
- Shrink wrapping and securing freight
- Manual handling of goods in line with safety procedures
- Loading and unloading shipments
- Ensuring cargo is handled accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
Working Environment
You will be working in a busy warehouse setting within the cargo sector, where teamwork, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential.
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
Security & Compliance
- Provide a full 5-year checkable work/education history
- Be willing to undergo full vetting and a DBS check
- Meet aviation security standards
