We have a fantastic opportunity for a proficient BMS Service Engineer to join a well-established building controls business working on multiple contracts in London on a contract basis. This contract position offers an excellent hourly rate paid weekly (outside IR35).

The Role of the BMS Service Engineer
As a BMS Service Engineer you will be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems, predominantly across London. You will have in-depth knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) hardware including fault finding, wiring and networking. You will possess the knowledge and experience to be involved with small project work as well as have a sound knowledge of HVAC principles. You will have strong experience and training with Tridium control systems. You will have great customer service skills to provide assistance to both clients and future clients to achieve a high standard service.
Key Skills
- At least 5 years experience in BMS
- 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Exceptional technical understanding of HVAC and BMS engineering principles
- Exceptional knowledge and training in Tridium control systems
- Great customer service skills
- CSCS/ECS or JIB registered
