We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech‑savvy individual with a strong interest in the tech and AI space to join a fast‑growing startup based in London. Working closely with the Founder, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part‑time role, ideally with previous experience in operations, HR coordination, project management, and providing high‑level administrative support within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the founder with administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling and managing communications
  • Assist with various project management duties when required
  • Provide ongoing PA and EA support to the Founder
  • Support the set‑up of AI tools and help to improve internal processes
