Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established National client for 7.5 Tonne Drivers, starting immediately. Our client operates a busy and growing operation, seeking experienced drivers to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
  • Following assigned routes, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service when interacting with the public and clients.
  • Managing vehicle safety, loading/unloading goods, and ensuring all deliveries meet company standards.

Requirements

  • A Full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (minor offences only).
  • Held a 7.5 Tonne (Category C1) licence for at least 1 year.
  • Valid CPC card and Digi Tacho card.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and good geographical knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills, as you will be dealing with customers daily.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Adherence to EU driving regulations and company policies.

Working Hours

  • Start time can vary (working hours may extend during peak times).
  • Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per day.
