Hays Non-Qualified Finance are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper on behalf of a well-established business based in Llanelli. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping role or similar, who can take a hands-on and flexible approach to their work. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping duties and confident working independently.
Key responsibilities and experience required include:
- Profit & Loss
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales ledger (minimal entry)
- Purchase ledger (high volume)
- Paying suppliers
The business uses XERO, so applicants must be competent with this system. Microsoft Excel and Word are essential, along with confident use of email. Training will be provided on other relevant systems.
Length of assignment: Permanent
Hybrid policy: On-site
Ideal start date: Immediate
Hours: Part-time - 20 hours
Salary: £32000 FTE
