Salary: up to 50k per annum plus 10% annual bonus, car allowance and Veolia benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri

What you’ll be doing:

  • Optimising the operation and control of electrical and steam generation plant
  • Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Management Control
  • Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities
  • Developing the application of their operations team
  • Planning, prioritising and organising site requirements
  • Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in line with company and client requirements
  • Energy Management of installation and regular review of run regimes
  • Monthly reporting and meeting with client management
  • Ensuring all contractual deliverables and KPIs are met
  • Assisting Veolia Management and Engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly motivated, self‑supervising and flexible in their work patterns
  • Formally qualified – Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Experienced in the maintenance and management of modern powerplant (gas turbines experience would be a distinct advantage)
  • Able to undertake position of responsibility
  • An excellent communicator at all levels
  • Computer literate in Word/Excel/Gmail
