What you’ll be doing:
- Optimising the operation and control of electrical and steam generation plant
- Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental Management Control
- Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities
- Developing the application of their operations team
- Planning, prioritising and organising site requirements
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in line with company and client requirements
- Energy Management of installation and regular review of run regimes
- Monthly reporting and meeting with client management
- Ensuring all contractual deliverables and KPIs are met
- Assisting Veolia Management and Engineering teams in identifying continuous improvement projects
What we’re looking for:
- Highly motivated, self‑supervising and flexible in their work patterns
- Formally qualified – Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Experienced in the maintenance and management of modern powerplant (gas turbines experience would be a distinct advantage)
- Able to undertake position of responsibility
- An excellent communicator at all levels
- Computer literate in Word/Excel/Gmail
