- Manage and guide customers through all stages of the finance process, ensuring they understand the options available.

- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Sales Department, including stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis, pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, and second facing customer and deal generation.
- Drive the team forward, achieving maximum performance from every opportunity.
