We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a large industrial project. Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the build, managing snagging works, and ensuring all areas are completed to a high standard ahead of handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all finishing and snagging works across the project
- Working closely with subcontractors to ensure defects are completed efficiently and to programme
- Carrying out inspections and producing snagging lists
- Monitoring quality standards and ensuring all finishes meet client expectations
- Coordinating with site management, engineers, and trades on a daily basis
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with project handover and final inspections
- Driving progress to ensure deadlines and completion targets are achieved
Key Skills
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Previous experience managing finishing works on industrial or commercial projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach

- Previous experience working as a Finishing Manager
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
