Extra Care Scheme Manager required for one of the largest domiciliary & care providers in the UK. Based in Liskeard, PL14. Salary: £32,966 + Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activity and grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to users.
  • Ensure the branch has the correct number of suitably qualified care workers to meet service demands.
  • Maintain care work to the required standard and ensure processes are followed, correctly controlled and documented.
  • Be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
