Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activity and grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to users.
- Ensure the branch has the correct number of suitably qualified care workers to meet service demands.
- Maintain care work to the required standard and ensure processes are followed, correctly controlled and documented.
- Be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
