A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Leek. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role

The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of an accommodation based service. The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person‑centred support package that is tailored to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain independent living and move on into permanent housing. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
