Role: ICT Consultant – Supporting primary schools by liaising between schools and our client, maintaining IT hardware and software, and enhancing ICT provision.
Location: Yeadon, Horsforth & Guiseley (Must drive).
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000.

- Resolve and manage technical issues affecting school operations, providing robust technical solutions.
- Install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems with desktop, iPad, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and related hardware.
- Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily in connection with existing installations and upgrades.
- Maintain Google Chrome Workspace and ensure proper functionality.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an ICT Technician or 2‑line role in the education sector (not essential).
- Passionate interest in IT with a solid technical background.
- Self‑driven, enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Team player with excellent communication, organisational skills and a cheerful disposition.
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities to enhance services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive attitude towards improvement.
