THE ROLE
Working closely alongside the Finance Director, the successful applicant will undertake a wide variety of financial duties and manage a small finance team with a coaching and developing management style. Responsibilities include:
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost control
- Cash management
- Liaising with colleagues and the senior management team across the business
- Full P & L, balance sheet and cash flow management
- Involvement in capital investment and CAPEX appraisals
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant looking for a number 2 role to work closely alongside the Finance Director. Key attributes include:
