Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern - 06:00hrs - 18:00hrs. Company transport available from Swindon or Chippenham.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of machinery and factory areas. You will be working with one of the UK's leading free-range and organic egg businesses, with operations spanning farming, packing, and processing. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas.
  • Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Handle chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.
  • Adhere to company hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • Always ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Actively contribute to health and safety policies, ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues.
