Vehicle Mechanic/Technician

Full Time Permanent

Monday - Friday - Shifts Available 8am-5pm

No Weekends (If Saturday is required it is paid at time and a half)

Basic salary between 35,000 - 45,000 dependent on experience

Uniform and PPE provided

Some site based work required

Responsibilities

  • In the role of Vehicle Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing vans and agricultural vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Reporting to the Workshop Manager
  • Servicing
  • Maintaining and fixing various faults and mechanical issues
  • Dealing with electrical faults in units
  • Maintaining and fixing driving and parking sensors
  • Required to work on Vans and Agricultural Vehicle
  • Complete administrative tasks and reports as requested
  • Fixing Suzie lines and connections
  • Diagnostic work
  • Brakes checks and changes
  • Suspension and hydraulic work
  • MOT Prep & Post MOT repairs

Requirements

  • Ideally have a Level 2 or 3 qualification with Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or be time served with 10+ years service.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must have your own hand tools to bring with you
