We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer with strong MoD experience to deliver maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for high‑value systems used in critical operational environments. You’ll work hands‑on with hardware, Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, routers, and secure networks, both on customer sites and remotely. This is a highly customer‑facing role involving regular travel across the UK, occasional trips to Europe, and participation in a 24/7 on‑call rota (1 week in 4).
What You’ll Need
- Experience working with the UK MoD or defence sector
- Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge (Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, LAN/WAN/VLAN)
- SC Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
