We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Kit Production Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast paced production or manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high quality products.
As a Kit Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing self testing medical equipment kits to a high standard, ensuring all products are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and pack self-testing medical equipment kits
- Follow detailed instructions and strict quality control procedures
- Ensure all kit components are correctly packed and labelled
- Carry out quality checks to maintain required production standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Operate within health & safety guidelines and wear PPE as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Report any faults, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
- Support general warehouse and production duties when required
- Educated to A-Level standard or degree level
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, cleanroom, or production environments is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Good manual dexterity for handling small components and materials
- Ability to lift and move materials when required
