Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial function across private & affordable housing projects;
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for each project;
- Monitoring project costs and progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines;
- Procuring subcontractors and conducting site visits one day a week;
- Providing commercial insight into cost‑effective strategies and managing cost risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience surveying construction projects post‑graduation;
