Role Summary

This high-impact interim leadership role involves taking ownership of a multi-site Client Accounting function, bringing together teams, processes, and systems into a single, high-performing operation. From day one, you will:

  • Lead on driving consistency across regions, improving workflows, and embedding stronger controls and reporting.
  • Support commercial initiatives, including bids, client advisory, and pricing strategy to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as the go-to expert on client accounting and a driving force for change.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience across multi-site or complex teams, available to start on short notice.
  • Strong background in client accounting (ideally property or related sector) with a track record of driving transformation.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, tenders, and client engagement.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change.
