About the Nursery: Join our friendly team at Busy Bees in Huntingdon, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 100 children. We are passionate about providing children with the best start in life and feature five spacious rooms, including a unique sensory room that sets us apart in the area. The nursery regularly hosts engaging visits from local police, professional photographers, and ZooLab, enriching the children's learning experiences. Conveniently located off Hinchingbrooke Business Park, we are close to the town centre and train station for easy access. Role Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, stimulating environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
- Lead educational activities: plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key person role: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Good communication, organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
