We are an outdoor adventure education company dedicated to creating engaging experiences for young people. As a Housekeeping Assistant you will support our team by giving guests a clean and welcoming environment.

Employment Terms

  • Pay: £13.45 per hour, with paid overtime (6‑day shifts during peak periods). Living Wage accredited – pay well above the National Minimum Wage.
  • Contract: Fixed‑term from April to October 2026.
  • Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, 5 days) or part‑time (up to 30 hours, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays).
  • Accommodation & meals: optional packages available at a generous rate with no charge for bills or utilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, including bathrooms and windows.
  • Change sheets and floor protectors; vacuum carpets.
  • Keep storage areas and facilities in order.
  • Support the team in creating a fun, safe, high‑quality environment.
