We are looking for an extremely motivated and career driven Assistant Sales Manager with experience in the current sales market and a proven track record for securing new business with listing and valuation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch
- Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties
- Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division
- Accountable quality of customer care
- Register, qualify and manage applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
- To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Develop the core business in the branch
- Assist with the management of the team
Skills:
- Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business
- Listing & valuation experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
