Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing site in the Honiton area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long‑term role within a fast‑paced production environment, with strong opportunities for progression.
Shift Pattern & Pay
- Night shift. Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. 16:00 - 02:00.
- £18.68 per hour.
- Overtime paid at £28.02 per hour after 38 hours worked.
Key Duties
- Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure products meet required quality and client specifications.
- Maximise efficiency across production lines.
- Promote and follow all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Complete production paperwork and systems accurately.
- Act as a role model for best practice across the site.
