Duties
- Sell used vehicles ranging from compact city cars to large SUVs, ensuring achieved targets are met or exceeded
- Promote and sell add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed of vehicle delivery schedules and resolving any queries
- Collect payments and process paperwork efficiently
- Explain vehicle warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to the Service Department where appropriate
- Demonstrate vehicle features and support customers through the sales process
- Maintain professional relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty as a Car Sales Executive
- Work independently to maximise sales opportunities and contribute to dealership success
Requirements
- Proven successful experience in used vehicle sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
