Pay Rate: Up to 26 per hour + Overtime at 1.5x + Company Van

Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week (Day shifts only)

We are a leading fleet company looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team at our North Weald Bassett site. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician to work in a stable, professional environment with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

What we offer:

  • Pay rate up to 26 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • Company van provided
  • Day shifts only - Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Ensuring vehicles are compliant with DVSA standards
  • Working efficiently to minimise downtime across the fleet
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed

About you:

  • Qualified HGV Technician / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience working as an HGV Technician in a workshop or fleet environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently
