We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support ongoing housing refurbishments. You'll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities for refurbishment projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain quality control across internal and external works
- Liaise with residents, clients, and the wider project team
- Produce progress reports and maintain site documentation
About You
- Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned works in housing
- Strong understanding of H&S and CDM requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
