Our well-known client based in Henlow is looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be working along the production line, running the machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is used to working on their feet and being hands-on.

Hours for this role run Monday to Friday, on a 6-week rotational basis (with overtime available):

  • 6am to 2pm
  • 2pm to 10pm
  • 10pm to 6am

Main Skills and Responsibilities for a Production Operative:

  • To run machines and produce weather seals
  • Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production
  • Quality control checks on profiles
  • To report potential quality issues to supervisor
  • Be aware of scheduling requirements
  • Maintain high level of housekeeping
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols
