NEOS Engineering Recruitment are partnered with a well-known OEM in the heavy plant sector who are looking for a Parts Specialist to take ownership of their Glasgow operation. This is a key role within the business - ensuring engineers have what they need, when they need it.

The Role

You’ll be leading the parts function, ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and a high level of service to both internal teams and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day parts operations
  • Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels
  • Supporting service teams with fast, efficient parts supply
  • Working closely with OEM supply chains
  • Leading and developing the parts team
  • Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery

The Candidate
