Job Description
- Deliver and teach CSCS Level 1 Health & Safety courses to learners, ensuring high-quality training outcomes.
- Manage CSCS Level 1 renewals (Renewals L1) efficiently and accurately.
- Support and process NVQ registrations and maintain accurate learner records.
- Administer CITB course bookings and documentation, ensuring compliance with awarding bodies.
- Guide learners through the education and training process, including course enrolment and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
The role requires availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 5 days a week.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold an appropriate assessor qualification.
- Possess a teaching qualification.
- Proven ability to teach CSCS Level 1 courses.
- Experience with CSCS, NVQ, and CITB administration.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, learner-focused approach.
- Deadline-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality training standards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an advantage.
