The role
As Head of Art & Technology, you'll lead the team with clarity and passion - ensuring students experience a creative curriculum that is ambitious, inclusive and brilliantly taught. Lead, develop and inspire the Art & Technology team, driving strong outcomes and a culture of excellent teaching. Shape and refine the curriculum so it builds skill, confidence and creativity, and meets the needs of all learners. Coach and support colleagues through thoughtful line management, collaboration and day-to-day leadership. Use assessment and data intelligently to keep standards high and close gaps quickly.
