We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join our busy Commercial Property Department based at our Mid-Essex office near Hatfield Peverel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive and growing team, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. Hybrid working arrangements, including up to two days working from home per week, will be considered for the right candidate.

A market-leading salary is on offer, dependent on experience.

The successful applicant will have experience across a variety of commercial property transactions, including:

  • Commercial conveyancing
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Financing and development agreements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property
