Are you a confident Fabricator Welder looking for an opportunity to develop your skills? We are working with a well-established business who are seeking to grow their team and can offer training in TIG welding if required. A varied role working on a range of products in a range of materials including MS, SS, pipe and sheet.

Responsibilities:

  • Reading, interpreting and working to engineering drawings to produce a range of components.
  • Working with stainless & mild steel, & carbon steel.
  • Producing light plate fabrications including fabricating stainless steel flanged pipework.
  • MIG welding with some TIG as required.
  • Operation of fabrication equipment including guillotine, plasma cutter, rollers.
  • Assembling and welding fabrications including structural mild steel frames, enclosure fabrications, pipework & stainless-steel pipework & framework enclosures.

Job Profile:

  • Experienced Welder in MIG and ideally basic TIG.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Be process driven and methodical approach.
  • Able to work on your own initiative.
  • Capable of achieving required tolerances.
  • Able to work to high quality & safety standards within the workshop.
  • Sheet metal fabrication including marking, bending, cutting, drilling, forming in sheet.
  • Use of guillotine, plasma cutter, rollers & various hand tools.

Company:

Well established business with a strong client base, a full order book and varied projects. You will receive training and progression once you are able to work independently.
